Loveleen Kaur of grade 11 bagged first prize in painting competition

Our school participated in the 'Hariawal Mahotsav' held at Sant Bhuriwala school, Sultanwind , Amritsar. A medley of spectacular events were organised in the school. The dynamic students of grade 9 from our school presented an innovative science project on rainwater harvesting in the fair. All the pupils were accoladed with appreciation certificates. Loveleen Kaur of grade 11 bagged first prize in painting competition. The Principal Mrs. Anchal Mahajan congratulated the students on their achievement.

Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
