 It is a matter of great pride and honour for Ashok Vatika Public School that Ravneet Kaur, a student of grade 1, has brought immense glory and accolades to the institution by securing first rank at the school level and third rank at the international level in the Science Olympiads Foundation Exam of English. The Principal Mrs.Anchal Mahajan congratulated her parents on her success and admired her meritorious attempt in the examination. She motivated her to be consistent and relentless in her endeavor of chasing excellence and wished her the best felicitations for the future.

Workshop for Mathematics Teachers by Dr. Jaswinder Singh

Ashok Vatika Public School organized a very engaging and rewarding 'workshop for Mathematics Teachers. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. He is the recipient of awards such as “Shiksha Ratan”, National Award by Honourable President of India, Multi-Gyan Peeth Purskaar and many more. Dr. Jaswinder Singh gave an insight on the basic concepts of Mathematics in a very creative and brilliant manner. Thumb Printing Activity

Prints with fingers tips and thumb are fun for kids. It is a wonderful sensory experience for them. This messy play stimulates their creativity and imagination and helps them in strengthening finger and hand muscles. Children dipped their fingers in green colour and were asked to make beautiful prints in motify of grapes.
