The first day of new academic year (2023-24)



Ashok Vatika Public School administered welcome assembly on the first day of new academic year to greet the students back in the school. The pupils were feeling refreshed and energized to embark on the new journey. The teachers reminded the students of the norms to be followed and the goals to be achieved. Also, a vocal and dance performance was  put up to captivate everybody's attention. The Principal Mrs. Anchal Mahajan encouraged the pupils to learn from their past experiences and wished them good luck for their future endeavors. Workshop for Mathematics Teachers by Dr. Jaswinder Singh

Ashok Vatika Public School organized a very engaging and rewarding 'workshop for Mathematics Teachers. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. He is the recipient of awards such as “Shiksha Ratan”, National Award by Honourable President of India, Multi-Gyan Peeth Purskaar and many more. Dr. Jaswinder Singh gave an insight on the basic concepts of Mathematics in a very creative and brilliant manner. He demonstrated and talked about various important concepts  in a very efficient and gripping manner. The workshop was quite interactive with complete involvement of teachers. Punjab Day celebrations

Punjab Day was celebrated in the school with elation and jubilation. The students presented  colourful and captivating folk dance performances to add glamour to the event. The backdrop of this historic day was explored and analysed through poetry and diction.
