Hindi Diwas was celebrated in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School

To show regard towards our national language, Hindi Diwas was celebrated in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School. The students recited poems in Hindi and read different Hindi books. They were also informed about the importance of Hindi language in our daily life. The principal Mrs. Anchal Mahajan also talked about the beauty of language and motivated the students to use it.

Ashok Vatika Public School organized a very engaging and rewarding 'workshop for Mathematics Teachers. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
