Ashok Vatika Public School won the second prize in the drama competition.

The students of Ashok Vatika Public School won the second prize in the drama competition held at S.L. Bhavans. Leaving behind the other 14 teams, they presented their talent of acting through an interesting play on the life of Mahatma Gandhi ji on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. They won this achievement showcasing their hard work and dedication to do the best. The principal, Mrs.Anchal Mahajan and the vice- principal, Mr.Vipul Malhotra, also congratulated the teachers for their efforts and conveyed best wishes to the students to create more success stories.

Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
