Ashok Vatika Public School feels immense pride of its players who once again proved their mettle in the field of sports. Our students have won the third position in the district level table tennis competition at S.L.Bhavans school. Our students, Rajwant Kaur, Somya Sayal, and Kashvi, took part in the table tennis competition and stood third. Player Rajwant Kaur was also selected for the next round of competition at the state level of Punjab. The principal, Mrs. Anchal Mahajan, congratulated the students on their success and motivated all the students to participate and win more such achievements.

The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
