The School commemorated the Martyrdom Day of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, the ninth guru of Sikhs. The great sacrifices made by the saint for the welfare of the mankind and humanity were elucidated. The various anecdotes from his biography were narrated setting examples of an ideal and righteous life. The students recited different couplets and verses to remember the pure and serene soul.

Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
