A special welcome assembly for this session 2024-2025 was organized in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School. To welcome the students, different events were performed, a teacher, Mrs.Simran, gave a welcome speech besides Mrs. Rajni Mahajan recited a beautiful poem for the children. The students felt elated at this special occasion and were quite happy to start afresh. The students of 10th class performed a captivating dance performance. The tiny toddlers, who came to school for the first time, enjoyed the first day with toys and games. They were looking smart in their new uniforms and were quite excited to have new books and bags. On this remarkable day, the principal, Mrs. Anchal Mahajan, also welcomed the students in the new session. She motivated them to do hard work to fulfill their dreams . The vice principal Mr.Vipul Mahajan and coordinator Mrs.Prabhjot Kaur, also presented encouraging views to the students and apprised them of the rules and regulations of the school.

Workshop for Mathematics Teachers by Dr. Jaswinder Singh

Ashok Vatika Public School organized a very engaging and rewarding 'workshop for Mathematics Teachers. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. He is the recipient of awards such as “Shiksha Ratan”, National Award by Honourable President of India, Multi-Gyan Peeth Purskaar and many more. Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
