Mango Day Celebration at Ashok Vatika Public School! 🌟

Our little stars had a wonderful time celebrating Mango Day, enjoying the king of fruits - the Mango!

The day was filled with delicious treats as the students happily ate fresh mangoes and drank refreshing mango juice.The creative activities were a big hit. UKG, Nursery, and LKG students had fun pasting mango cut-outs on trees, and our young artists made beautiful mango paintings. Everyone loved the “Hit the Target with Ball and Cup” game, which brought lots of excitement. The school looked cheerful with all the students wearing bright yellow outfits, adding to the festive mood. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. He is the recipient of awards such as “Shiksha Ratan”, National Award by Honourable President of India, Multi-Gyan Peeth Purskaar and many more. Dr. Jaswinder Singh gave an insight on the basic concepts of Mathematics in a very creative and brilliant manner. Thumb Printing Activity

Prints with fingers tips and thumb are fun for kids. It is a wonderful sensory experience for them. This messy play stimulates their creativity and imagination and helps them in strengthening finger and hand muscles. Children dipped their fingers in green colour and were asked to make beautiful prints in motify of grapes.
