Ashok Vatika Public School witnessed another moment of proud as our student of grade 4, Prananya Deol, brought laurels to the school by winning a first position in the swimming competition held at Stalwarts World School. The competition had players from more than 50 schools. She won first position in both, the backstroke and the freestyle, category of the competition. She has proved her consistent desire to be on the top of the feat. Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
