The prakash utsav of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was celebrated with great reverence and devotion in the premises of Ashok Vatika Public School. The students of grade 11 presented a speech narrating about the significance of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in guiding our life. The students also chanted the shabad to pay their respects towards the teachings of Guruji. The melodious 'Shabad Gayan' by the students filled the surroundings with pious and sacred vibes helping the listeners to realize the peacefulness around them. Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
