Ashok Vatika Public School held Investiture Ceremony, the most prestigious event, in its campus with a grandeur ceremony. In this ceremony, the members of the student council were entitled with different tags of responsibility. The students of grade 11 and 12 displayed their discipline and coordination in the March past. The four houses of the school- Prithvi, Agni, Jal and Vayu took part enthusiastically in the ceremony. They were honoured with the tags of house captain and house prefect. Rishab Mishra (+2 Comm.) is elected as the head boy and Ravneet Kaur (+2 Sci.) as the head girl for the session 2024-2025.Vasu Sharma (+2 Sci.) and Amrit Kaur( +2 Com.) are selected as Sports Captain. Nehmat Mahajan (+2 Com.) is selected as captain of ‘Prithvi’ house and Dev (+1 Arts) as house prefect. Harmandeep Kaur (+2 com.) is selected as captain of ‘Agni’ house and Gurkamalbeer Singh (+1Com.) as house prefect. Risha babbar (+2 Com.) is selected as the captain of ‘Jal’ house and Manmeet Kaur (+2 Sci.) as house prefect. Ikshuk (+2 Arts)is selected as captain of ‘Vayu’ house and Rajwant Kaur (+1Sci.) as house prefect. The teachers honored the council members with the special badges that will forever remind them of their responsible role in the school and the society. The students were quite excited at the announcement of their young leaders who also took an oath for executing their duties adequately. The Principal, Mrs.Anchal Mahajan, and Vice – principal, Mr. Vipul Malhotra, congratulated the figureheads for being chosen for the specific roles to perform.
