Students of Ashok Vatika Public School Excel in Eligibility Test.

It is exciting to share a happy and a proud moment that our students have cleared eligibility test conducted by Bansal classes. Our seven students of grade 10 have achieved great ranks in the highly competitive test. Anjali got AAA rank in the test and won the trophy, other six students namely Soumya, Arshdeep Kaur, Kusum, Yeshdeep Singh, Pratiyush, Pahul Khurana also achieved AA Rank and also won trophies. The other students also won medals for the success in the test.The principal, Mrs. Anchal Mahajan, congratulated the young achievers and motivated them to polish their skills for the future achievements . #bansalclasses #scholarships #achievement

Workshop for Mathematics Teachers by Dr. Jaswinder Singh

Ashok Vatika Public School organized a very engaging and rewarding 'workshop for Mathematics Teachers. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Jaswinder Singh, who is quite well known for popularizing science and Mathematics among students and teachers through various ingenious and novel ways. He is the recipient of awards such as “Shiksha Ratan”, National Award by Honourable President of India, Multi-Gyan Peeth Purskaar and many more. Dr. Jaswinder Singh gave an insight on the basic concepts of Mathematics in a very creative and brilliant manner. He demonstrated and talked about various important concepts in a very efficient and gripping manner. The workshop was quite interactive with complete involvement of teachers. The eminent personality gave many revolutionary and zestful ideas to thwart away the phobias and fears of students associated with the subject . Yellow Day celebration

Yellow Day celebration was a full fun day for the Nursery students. The colour yellow which represents happiness , warmth and sun shine was celebrated in a play way letting the students experience yellow colour thoroughly. They had a nature walk and identified yellow colour in natural things ,a display of yellow coloured things ,fruits and vegetables was organized in the classroom and each student got the opportunity to touch and observe them thoroughly. A lemonade drink was prepared and served to all . Children were taught about the importance of the colour. A colouring activity was also done where students coloured sunflower picture in yellow.
