A special NCC Battalion enrollment campaign was organised in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School.

A special enrollment campaign was organised in the campus of Ashok Vatika Public School under the guidance of the principal, Mrs. Anchal Mahajan and CO Barendra Kumar of 11 Punjab NCC Battalion. The care taker Mr. Ravi Kumar and Mr. Kunal Sahdev, sports teacher, motivated the young students to join NCC for the betterment of not only their health but for their future also. They inspired the students to be disciplined, dedicated and committed towards becoming good citizens. The young learners were told about the benefits of the NCC for seeking career opportunities especially in the defence forces. The students of grade 8 and 9 willingly presented their strength to be enrolled for NCC. The principal madam considered it a great opportunity for the students to avail that will make them responsible citizens of India.

Punjab Day was celebrated in the school with elation and jubilation. The students presented colourful and captivating folk dance performances to add glamour to the event. The backdrop of this historic day was explored and analysed through poetry and diction.
