Ashok vatika Public School celebrated Earth day in its campus with great zeal and exuberance.

 A special morning assembly was administered to aware the students about the relevance of the day. The music choir adorned the event by presenting very relatable, enchanting and thoughtful lyrics. The’ Dramatics club’ captivated the attention of the beholders  by evoking out the essence of the day through staging of an intriguing ‘nukkad’ play. A gripping activity was performed by the pupils of Pre-wing with the help of their teachers,emphasizing the need to avert a very common tendency of throwing wrappers and plastic bottles on roads, while travelling .The Principal Mrs Anchal Mahajan addressed the students, inspiring them to celebrate this day not in letters only but in spirit also. She briefed them about the significance of observing cleanliness around and making maximum efforts to shun all sorts of deletrious and noxious human practices which contaminate and defile our mother earth. She urged the senior wing students to plant at least one tree in their vicinity to mark the importance of this special day and thereby contributing towards a sincere  and genuine endeavour directed, in making this day a true success.
