On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Ashok Vatika Public School turned into a hub of peace, positivity, and wellness. Our campus echoed with calm breaths and focused minds as students from all classes — from tiny tots to seniors — actively participated in yoga sessions conducted by our dedicated teachers and instructors.🌞 The day began with a serene morning assembly, where students learned about the importance of yoga in daily life, followed by a collective chanting of “Om” and warm-up exercises.🧘♂️ Our tiny tots performed simple asanas like the butterfly pose, tree pose, and breathing exercises with great enthusiasm and adorable expressions! Their energy and innocence made the event even more special.💪 Senior students engaged in more advanced yoga postures and guided meditation sessions, emphasizing the value of inner peace, strength, flexibility, and focus in student life.👩🏫 Teachers too joined in, showing how yoga is truly for all ages.
