World Heritage Day, also known as the International Day for Monuments and Sites, is an annual observance held on April 18th, to raise awareness about the importance of cultural heritage and to celebrate the diversity of our shared human history. ATL Community Day was celebrated in the premises of Ashok Vatika Public School to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The students from different schools were also invited to participate in conducting and creating innovations. Different sort of activities were conducted like 'Soldering Champions' besides 'I can make electrons move'. The students were quite enthusiastic to be the part of 'Balloon Spider' activity.They enjoyed this great innovative environment of learning.   Ashok Vatika Public School celebrated the festival of Baisakhi with great festive fervor. The students of grade -10   set forth spectacular performances in the assembly to embellish the day. They were decked up in beautiful traditional apparels and accessories. They enchanted the spectators by delineating  the background and  significance of this harvest festival in a mesmerizing manner. Various stalls as of bangles, sweets and toys were put up by the pupils to bestow lively ambience to this special festivity. The girls presented gidda to spice up the jubilation. Mr.Gabru and  Ms. Mutiyar were selected from the primary wing based on a fancy dress competition.To enhance the knowledge of the students about the day,the classes from primary wing were taken to the fields to experience the joy of the harvest season.   The school administered a special assembly to celebrate Dr. B.R Ambedkar Jayanti. The student of grade 12 enacted an intriguing and thought provoking play, portraying the significant events from the life canvas of the esteemed personality who is also regarded as the father of the Indian Constitution. The play highlighted the hurdles and the struggles which he had to undergo in the society victimized by the evils of casteism, orthodox-ism and prejudicial thinking. Ashok Vatika  Public School observed Health Day on April 7 to spread awareness about the importance of health among the students. The pupils were asked to bring nutritious food in their tiffins and a competition was organised to select the wholesome foodstuffs with good nutritional value. The idea was to reduce the tendency of children towards junk and processed food items. A Role- Play was also enacted to emphasise the thought . Ashok Vatika Public School administered welcome assembly on the first day of new academic year to greet the students back in the school. The pupils were feeling refreshed and energized to embark on the new journey. The teachers reminded the students of the norms to be followed and the goals to be achieved. Also, a vocal and dance performance was  put up to captivate everybody's attention.
