Ashok Vatika Public School celebrated the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ramdas ji with great spiritual warmth and devotion. The students  of +1 class chanted religious hymns to celebrate this pious day and presented a speech on the life of guru ji . The students learnt about the struggle of his life and his devotion towards God. The singing of hymns filled the whole ambience with the divine vibes. The students were also recounted about the foundation of Amritsar city and its main features through PowerPoint presentation. On this occasion, the principal, Mrs. Anchal Mahajan, also encouraged the students to walk on the right path by highlighting the virtues from the life of Guru Ramdas ji.   

 

 

Ashok Vatika Public celebrated the festival of Dussehra with great exuberance and exhilaration. Our promising students enacted an intriguing and stirring role play set out in the contemporary scenario to evoke the essence of the day. Our students, Rajwant Kaur, Somya Sayal, and Kashvi, took part in  the table tennis competition and stood third. Player Rajwant Kaur was also selected for the next round of competition at the state level of Punjab. Under the able guidance of Mrs.Anchal Mahajan, the principal of Ashok Vatika Public School, an educational trip to Jang-e-Azadi Memorial Museum, Kartarpur was organized for the holistic development of students. The students got the opportunity to grasp knowledge about the sacrifice of freedom fighters. They also enjoyed their food at ' Rangla Punjab'.                                   The students of Ashok Vatika Public School won the second prize in the drama competition held at S.L. Bhavans. Leaving behind the other 14 teams, they presented their talent of acting through an interesting play on the life of Mahatma Gandhi ji on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
